Turning Behavioral Data into Trusted Sales Intelligence

Joining as the founding design and product leader before product-market fit, I helped transform an early product with roughly 20 customers into a scalable platform that fueled 200% YoY customer growth.
Foureyes had developed a breakthrough capability: connecting anonymous online shopping behavior to dealership CRM records, allowing sales teams to identify which prospects were actively shopping inventory before and after they visited their showroom. The challenge wasn’t simply building software, it was helping an industry built on instinct trust an entirely new way of working.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I led product strategy, discovery, research, and design from the ground up. Through hundreds of customer interviews and dealership visits, I uncovered the insights that shaped the product roadmap, validated new opportunities, and established a customer-centered product organization. As the company grew, I built a multidisciplinary team of 18 across product, design, and research while partnering closely with engineering, sales, and executive leadership to accelerate learning and drive adoption.
Established research, experimentation, and pilot practices that uncovered the highest-value customer problems and shaped the product roadmap. Research revealed two distinct user needs: experienced salespeople who wanted a clear signal and newer reps who needed more context to build confidence. I translated these insights into Sales Assistant, a workflow that helped teams prioritize opportunities, understand intent, and take action.

Recognized that behavioral intelligence was only valuable when it helped salespeople take action. I led the evolution from passive analytics into proactive recommendations, using behavioral signals to identify the highest-impact next steps and guide customers through the sales funnel.

This work established my early principles for intelligent product design: making AI-driven recommendations transparent, explainable, and actionable so users could build confidence and stay in control.
Used customer insight to reposition Foureyes from a technology provider into an advocate for salespeople. The Data Fatigued persona created a shared language across product, marketing, and sales, helping the company stand apart in a crowded analytics market and directly informing products designed to empower sales teams.
