At Meta I played a vital role in addressing important X-functional alignment issues throughout the development process. I took the initiative to implement and expand design-led improvements, making a significant measurable impact on collaboration and efficiency.

At Journi, I initiated a design-led cross-functional strategy update to increase utilization of high-value features. By linking user data and feedback to simple proposals for changes the effort secured leadership buy-in to immediately initiate execution.

At Foureyes, I brought user understanding to the center of the team’s product development process at Foureyes through regular user research programs and frequent iterative testing. The result was accelerated learning, and finding PMF for multiple products.

At Meta, I partnered with leadership to address an existing morale crisis across design teams, securing buy-in for ICs to step away and reflect on their strengths, impact, and support needs. From there, I built responsive Design Ops programs.
